neon ruffle dress: Royal blue spandex, velcros in back.  The trim is (relatively) thick vinyl fabric in day-glow yellow and orange.

scarf: pale orange strip of lace, ends are cut on an angle.
  • There is a light orange and darker orange version.
  • It is very similar to Danse's hairbow - the pattern is the same and they are both can come in the pale or dark colour.  The Designing Woman scarf that Brian measured was slightly wider than the Danse hairbow.

hose: Fluorescent yellow, matte.
  • There are a few Jem outfits that came with yellow tights.  See a photo of them together, and/or check the tights guide for more information.

shoes: Scallop edged fluorescent orange pumps.
  • These are the only orange pumps with scalloped sides.

Packaging Variants: A listing of the packaging that Designing Woman can be found in, that I know of, so far!
*I don't own this fashion NRFB so I can't say which, if any posters and inserts originally came with it.  Bold listings are those I have used to create this ID page.  Anything in Italics I haven't actually seen but have good reason to believe exists.  If you have any photos or information/corrections to share, I'd love to hear about it!

Illustrations: Cartoon  The pink hairbow & earrings are the biggest difference between the cartoon fashion and the marketed one. The doll's fashion also came with yellow tights, an orange boa and shoes. This is a reworked version of the original model cel, which can be viewed on Felicity-Chan's cel gallery.
