Frame Up
Episode Synopsis
The Misfits and Jem & The Holograms are on a double bill in Las Vegas for a benefit concert. In an attempt to get rid of Jem in order to be the main act, Eric and the Misfits frame Jem for stealing the charity's money.
Cartoon wardrobe trivia: This episode is the first one to show more than a handful of unproduced fashions, many of which became commonly used throughout the show's run.
Like a Dream (Jerrica side)
First appears (on Jerrica*) in Frame Up and again in: Starbright Part 1: Falling Star, The Rock Fashion Book, In Search of the Stolen Album, Intrigue at the Indy 500, KJem, Trick or Techrat, Journey Through Time
Model sheet number JR-4
Hasbro produced this fashion. The socks in the cartoon aren't included in Jerrica's side of this fashion. As usual the glasses that the doll came with do not appear on Jerrica in the cartoon. It's otherwise a good likeness.
Integrity produced this fashion.Like most Integrity cartoon fashions, it follows the style very accurately.

Hasbro produced this fashion. Looks very different from the produced fashion - colour scheme is yellow and beige instead of pink, the top is flowered, no tights or sunglasses, Hasbro sandals do not have ankle straps, etc.
Trivia
  • Despite being a Flip Side fashion, it's shown on Shana in the cartoon.
  • See the version (Jem's side) from the opening credits. I believe the drawings in this sequence were taken directly from of the original concept drawings, before they were modified/simplified to be reproduced as toys and cartoon models.
Music in the Air (?)
First appears in Frame Up and again in: Starbright Part 1: Falling Star, Starbright Part 3: Rising Star, Last Resorts, In StitchesThe Rock Fashion Book, Broadway Magic, In Search of the Stolen Album, The Princess and the Singer, Culture Clash, The Talent Search Part 1, KJem, The Presidential Dilemma, Homeland, Heartland, Straight From the Heart
Model sheet number A-5
Hasbro produced this fashion. I'm still dithering on whether this is actually Music in the Air or not... but the outfit components are the same. The differences are that the Hasbro version is not in red and white but rather fuchsia, yellow and white. The designs on the Hasbro shirt includes hearts and squiggles, not the boomerang shaped ones on the cartoon. The produced fashion does not come with earrings.
Trivia
  • Despite being a Flip Side fashion, it's shown on Aja in the cartoon.
